- 20 metres to south-east
of Lower Broughton Farmhouse

GV II

Barn, now cowshed. Probably C15. Timber framed with weatherboarding,
uncoursed rubble plinth, and corrugated iron roof with catslide over lean-to
to south. 3 framed bays. Three 2-leaf boarded doors to north.
Interior: 4 full cruck trusses, unconnected at apex; staggered trenched
purlins; eaves raised to south.
