Late C16 or C17 with mid-to-late C19 alterations and additions.
Timber framed, partly refaced and extended in coursed limestone rubble,
slate-hung to rear; slate roof with gabled cross-wing to right and 2
gables to rear. Basement, 2 storeys and attic. Right-hand cross-
wing with large stone and brick external end stack and later truncated
stone and brick stack to rear; integral brick end stack to left,
and external brick end stack at rear. Framing: square and rectangular
panels. 2-window front; mid-to-late C19 two-light wooden casements
including 2-light casement in right-hand gable; central half-glazed
door with late C19 gabled wooden porch. Timber frame exposed to North.
Interior: chamfered and stopped beams.
