Farmhouse. Early C19. Coursed and squared limestone; rendered
at back and sides, probably intended to be rendered and lined as ashlar
to front as well; low-pitched slate roof, hipped to left. 2
storeys. Deep eaves; large external-end stack to right, integral
brick end stack at left, and external lateral brick stack at rear.
3 bays; 16-pane glazing bar sashes with stone flat arches (possibly
some refenestration - see straight joints to right,or possibly re-
use of earlier structure); 3 semi-circular steps to central 6 flush-
panelled door with 3-part rectangular overlight, panelled reveals
and soffit, and pilastered surround with moulded cornice and open
triangular pediment. Probably mid-to-late C19 one storey hipped
addition to left with chamfered corner.
