Pair of cottages, latterly including shop. Dated D A , eaves
1711
raised and refaced in mid-to-late C19. Coursed limestone rubble,
roughcast to front with slate roof. 2 storeys. C19 brick end-
stacks. (Cf. No. 10, Church Street). 2 first floor 2-light
wooden casements and 2-light metal casement to right; ground floor
segmental-headed 2-light casement to right, 3-light casement to left;
central former shop front consisting of plate-glass window to right
with pilastered surround, 6 flush-panelled door to left with
rectangular overlight, and fascia above both; 4-flush panelled door
off-centre to left (top 2 panels glazed) with pilastered surround and
segmental-headed 4 flush-panelled door off-centre to right.
