- approximately 32 metres
to East of Church of
St George

GV II

Pair of gatepiers. Probably circa 1877 incorporating some probably
medieval material from the Church of St George (q.v.). Coursed sandstone
and limestone rubble with limestone hinge-blocks and chamfered caps. 2
square gatepiers approximately 1.5 metres high. 2 reused medieval carved
sandstone heads to East. 2 late C19 or early C20 wooden gates (not
included).
