Watermill. Late C18 and mid-C19. Roughly squared and coursed limestone
rubble; slate roof. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic with 2-storey C19
addition to South-west (see straight joint in masonry). Integral brick
stack in right-hand corner. South-east front: 2-leaf boarded ground
floor door to right with boarded hoist-door above and small window to
left; C19 addition to left with small first floor casement to left,
ground floor boarded door to left and large boarded segmental-headed
opening to right (probably formerly to accommodate, or for, access to,
the wheel). Right-hand gable-end with 2-light casements on each floor.
Interior: large arch-braced truss in C18 part.
