SO 27 NE LLANFAIR WATERDINE C.P. -

9/200 Little Selley and
- attached Cart Shed

- II

Farmhouse and attached cart shed, now house. Late Cl7 with mid-to-late
C19 refacing and additions. Coursed limestone rubble, rendered to front;
slate roof. 2-room baffle-entry plan with additions, aligned north-south.
One storey and attic. Brick and stone ridge stack above entrance off-
centre to left and brick end stack to right; two C20 raking eaves dormers
to right with 2-light casements. 3-window front; C20 two-light casements;
half-glazed C20 door between first and second windows from left with lean-
to porch. Open-fronted cart shed to left,and weatherboarded loft above
with boarded door. Interior: collar and tie-beam roof trusses with queen
struts. Although it has later alterations, this house still retains its
late Cl7 plan and character.
