Farmhouse. Mid-C18. Squared and coursed limestone with sandstone quoins
to left; slate roof. 3 storeys with deep eaves and integral rendered
brick end stacks. 3 bays; mid-to-late C19 wooden cross windows with
stone flat arches, second floor retains glazing bar sashes and central
lunette; central half-glazed door with late C19 gabled wooden porch.
One storey and attic. Kitchen wing to rear with integral end stack.
Interior: mid-C18 dog-leg staircase rising full height of house with
splat balusters; beaded square newel posts and moulded handrail; early
C18 door to cupboard under stairs has ventilated panel with splat
balusters, and L-hinges; large open fireplace and chamfered beams;
boarded and 6-panelled doors.
