in a mid-Victorian Elizabethan style. 2 storeys with 4 full-
height gables to front. Framing: except for close studding with straight
tension braces to ground floor and herringbone bracing above moulded
bressumer to C16 part, majority of decoration is painted included quatrefoils,
trefoil-headed arches and patterns resembling plate tracery. 8-window
front. Mainly late C19 cross-windows and mullioned and transomed windows,

carved finials: left gable has gabled porch attached with stone armorial
shield above traceried double doors. Late. C19 elaborately moulded red
brick ridge stack at junction with left gable and external stone lateral stack
