Mill, now disused. Early C19 with later alterations. Roughly coursed
limestone rubble with red brick upper storey; slate roof. 3 levels;
2 window openings with segmental brick heads to ground floor on east
side with segmental-headed doorway to right; similar segmental-headed
window to left of centre on first floor and flat-headed opening to
left gable end. Interior: first and second floors partly missing but
cross and spine beams remain. Cogs for grinding and pulleys for lifting
gear survive along with millstone (not in situ) on first floor. The
wheel itself has disappeared.
