Barn. Late C17 with minor later alterations. Weatherboarded and
corrugated-iron clad timber frame; corrugated iron roof. Doorway to right
of C20 corrugated-iron clad extension to front and another doorway to far
left. Interior: framing visible, square panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate.
Staggered double-purlin roof in 5 bays with collar and tie beam end trusses
and queen-struts to first truss from left; others have raking struts from
tie beams to principal rafters. Short straight braces from wall posts (some
jowled) to tie beams. Lower House Farmhouse is not included in this list.
