Estate cottage. Late C18 or early C19 with minor later alterations. Roughcast uncoursed limestone rubble; hipped slate roof. Two storeys, three windows on west side. Original triangular-headed cast-iron Gothic casements, openings to left blind. Similar casement to south wall with boarded door under open gabled porch to right. Red brick ridge stack between second and third windows from north. East wall has boarded door only.
