Cowhouse approx. 10m south-west of Church Farmhouse

Cowhouse with hayloft above. Late C17 with later alterations. Weather-
boarded timber frame on rubblestone plinth; corrugated iron roof. Single
doorway to farmyard side; central doorway approached by external lateral
stone steps to side flanking road with doorways to left and right.
Interior: framing visible: renewed vertical posts. Single-purlin
collar and tie beam roof in 3 short bays with V-struts from collars.
Continuous loft. Included for group value.
