8/62 Former smithy

Smithy, now disused. Late C18 with later additions and alterations.
Red brick, machine tile roof with dentilled eaves cornice. L-plan
with early C19 single-storey gritstone addition to rear on left.
Wide segmental arch to left with brick keystone and C20 double doors,
hatched opening to right; integral end stack to right and another
stack behind ridge to centre. Interior: retains 2 brick furnaces
and set of bellows; loft.
