Toll house, now disused. Circa 1768. Painted coursed sandstone rubble
with red brick dressings; slate roof, removed from front and graded at rear.
Gothick style. 2 storeys. Toothed brick eaves cornice; external stone
end stack to right with later brick top. 2-window front; first-floor
round-arched 2-light wooden casements with Y-tracery flanking central blind
round-arched panel and ground-floor ogee-headed windows with pairs of
boarded shutters; central half-glazed door. Left-hand corner of front is
chamfered. Interior not inspected but said to contain late C18 cast iron
fireplace with Adamesque decoration. The Minsterley - Worthen road was
