GV II

House. Circa 1598, with later alterations. Pink sandstone ashlar on
chamfered plinth, plain tile roof with coped stone verges. Cruciform plan.
2 storeys and attics; scattered 2-, 3- and 4-light mullion windows, some
with moulded dripstones, late C19 dormers on north and south; main entrance
through northern projection, C20 double doors; central ridge stack with
6 attached shafts of star section re-built in late C19 red brick. Interior:
not inspected, but said to be considerably altered.
