- attached gate piers
and railings

GV II

House, latterly shop, now house. Mid-C19. Red brick, plain tile roof and
end stacks. 2 storeys; 3-window front, flush-framed glazing bar sashes
with segmental heads; central entrance, 6-panel door (top panels glazed)
under late C19 gabled trellised porch; full-height lean-to to left with
C20 half-glazed door and late C19 casement, both with segmental heads.
Attached gate piers and railings to front; ashlar gate piers with domed
caps, cast-iron railings with fleur-de-lys finials. Included for group
value.
