Shown on O.S. map as Condover Grove.
Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed sandstone rubble with dentilled
brick eaves cornice, hipped slate roof and end stacks with red brick shafts,
2 to each side. 3 storeys; 3-window front, 3-light late C19 and late C20
casements in original openings, those to ground and first floors with seg-
mental heads; central entrance, wide gabled stone porch with stepped
buttresses to each side over C20 glazed door.
