Shown on O.S. map as New House.
Farmhouse, now house. Circa 1830-40. Red brick, slate roof with wide eaves
and end stacks. 2 storeys; 3-window front, glazing bar sashes (16-paned to
ground floor) with plastered heads and stone cills; central entrance, 6-
panel door (upper 4 panels now glazed) in plain pedimented doorcase with
semi-circular fanlight and wrought iron trellised porch.
