Farmhouse. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. Red brick, slate
roofs and end stacks. Front in 2 parts consisting of a 3-bay rectangular
block to the left and a 2-bay lower range to right with a 2-storey gabled
projection at its left-hand corner. 2 storeys with gable-lit attic to main
range, dentilled eaves cornice; windows a mixture of glazing bar sashes,
mid-C19 casements and late C20 aluminium framed sashes, all (except the
central window of the main range, which is in a round-arched
recess) with segmental heads; central half-glazed door to main range and
another entrance under a cast-iron trellised verandah in angle with gabled
projection to right-hand range. Single- and 2-storey projections at right-
angles to rear.
