Barn approximately 12m south-east of The Old Rectory

Former threshing barn, now store. Probably early C18. Timber framed, part-
weatherboarded and part-clad in late C19 red brick, corrugated iron roof. 3
framed bays, open to roof except for southern bay, which has a loft over;
wide entrance on west; framing: close-set tall panels with long straight
tension braces; the 2 middle roof trusses have re-used cruck blades with
inclined struts from the tie beams while the north gable end is of Queen-
strut construction; south gable end re-built in red brick. Reputed to have
been the tithe barn for the Old Rectory (q.v.) opposite. V.C.H. VIII (1968),
