4/232 The Dower House


House. Early C19. Painted brick facade with uncoursed limestone rubble
behind, slate roof. Lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, dentilled eaves cornice;
3-window front, glazing bar sashes; C20 boarded door under late C19 flat-
roofed trellised porch; central red brick stack in roof slope immediately
in front of ridge. Contemporary 2-storey outshut under catslide roof to
rear and a single-storey addition set back to left.
