Barn. Probably C16. Weatherboarded and corrugated-iron clad timber
frame of cruck construction; corrugated iron roof. 3 framed bays.
Wall framing: square panels, 3 from sole plate to wall plate. South-
east side with 2 boarded doors; lean-to addition to right; cladding
is missing from north-west side, except for central boarded former
loft door. Interior: 3 full cruck trusses with tie-beams and collars
(at least one truss truncated above collar); cross-framing between
bays with sole-plates on low dividing walls; collar and tie-beam
south-west truss with queen struts and v-struts. The Malt House is
not included on this list.
