Cottage. Early to mid-C18 with mid- to late C19 alterations. Uncoursed
red sandstone rubble, painted to front; plain tile roof (renewed in
C19). 2-unit baffle-entry plan. One storey and attic. 2 gabled
eaves dormers with 2-light wooden casements; central brick ridge stack.
2-window front; 2-light segmental-headed wooden casement to left and
3-light segmental-headed wooden-framed metal casement to right; central
segmental-headed boarded door with gabled porch. Interior not inspected.
The cottage occupies a prominent position in the centre of Picklescott.
