Pair of cottages. Early C19. Colourwashed squared and coursed grey
sandstone with red brick dressings and rendered gable end to right;
plain tile roof with catslide over outshut at rear. 2 storeys. Dentil
brick eaves cornice; brick ridge stack just off-centre to left, integral
brick end stack to right, external brick end stack to left, and integral
brick stack to outshut at rear. 5 first-floor 2-light C19 wooden casements
and 4 ground-floor 3-light C19 segmental-headed wooden casements; C20
half-glazed doors between first and second and third and fourth windows
with mid- to late C19 gabled wooden porches consisting of chamfered posts,
curved braces, boarded tympana, and plain barge boards with pendant finials.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
