Barn. Mid-C17. Weatherboarded timber frame on coursed sandstone rubble plinth, some red brick nogging to north west; plain tile roof. Four framed bays aligned east-west; former threshing floor with opposed waggon entrances in second bay from east.

Framing: square panels, three from sole-plate to wall-plate. South front: boarded loft door to left and pair of central casements high up; boarded door to left and pair of large boarded doors to right. Pair of large boarded doors at rear too.

Interior: collar and tie-beam trusses with queen-struts; pairs of purlins with windbraces.

This building forms part of a large farm complex around two square foldyards to the north west of Harnage Grange (q.v.).
