Milepost. Early to mid-C19. Painted cast iron with raised lettering and
edges. Triangular section with chamfered top. Lettered on top: "WENLOCK/
6½; to left: "SALOP/6/TO THE COUNTRY"; to right: "B.NORTH/14½/TO THE
TOWN". No.39, Venusbank is not included in this list.
