Cottage. Late C17 or early C18 with later alterations and addition.
Rendered timber frame with plain tile roof. 2 framed bays. One storey
and attic. 2 gabled dormers with 2-light wooden casements; external
red and grey sandstone and red brick end stack to right. 2-window front,
C19 two-light wooden casements; boarded door off-centre to right with
gabled wooden porch. C20 painted brick one-storey addition set-back to
left with small casement to front. Interior: collar and tie-beam trusses
with V-struts; C19 rafters; chamfered and stopped beam; large open fire-
place with chamfered and stopped lintel; C19 staircase.
