Dated 1793 on rainwater head. Detached house. Brick; three storeys; of three bays, the central slightly advanced; three sash windows with plain keyblocks and lintels; moulded wood doorcase with panelled reveals and radial fanlight and with a three-light window at either side; rainwater head with initials F.L. and date 1795; moulded wood eaves cornice continued around central pediment. Good interior with original staircase, door surrounds, and decorative plaster cornice and niche in drawing room.
