Late C18. A substantial detached house with good symmetrical facade. Red brick;
2 storeys and attic; 5 sash windows, the central Venetian; moulded wood doorcase
with fluted pilasters, swagged and dentilled open pediment, fanlight with Gothic
glazing bars, and 6-panelled door; deep string-course at first floor; a Venetian
window at either side of ground storey; wood modillion eaves cornice; 3 dormers,
the central featured with a moulded pediment; slates. The interior retains the
original staircase.
