Situated at rear of No 70.
Circa C17 timber-framed cottage with plastered infill panels. Steeply pitched
conrete tile roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Ground floor 2 sashes
with glazing bars, one horizontally sliding type. One gabled dormer also with
horizontal sliding sash. Left hand modern glazed door with hood. Central brick
chimney stack.
