Embrey Memorial approx. 7 metres to south of

Chest tomb dated 1786. Yellow/grey Grinshill sandstone ashlar.
Recessed panels, corner piers, moulded coved cornice, concave top and
large central urn with stepped base, fluted lower part, rope-moulded
band and fluted finial. To Robert Embrey, died 8 July 1786 and other members
of the Embrey family. Roger and Veronica Jones, Monumental Inscriptions
of Grinshill Church and Churchyard, Shropshire Family History Society,
February 1981.
