Cottage. C17 with late C19 alterations and additions. Timber framed
with painted brick nogging and plain tile roof. Framing: square panels,
2 from sole plate to wall plate. End lobby-entry plan of one framed
bay. One storey and attic. Central timber framed gabled eaves dormer
with C19 two-light wooden casement. Integral brick end stacks. 2-
window front; C19 two-light wooden casements. C20 glazed door to right
with C19 bracketed gabled timber porch. Gable ends have collar and
tie-beam trusses with queen struts and V-struts. Lean-to addition to
right with C20 casement to front. Interior not inspected.
