Cottage. Mid- to late C17 with early C20 alterations. Timber framed
with plaster infill; C20 asbestos slate roof. Framing: irregular small
square panels (3 from sole plate to wall plate) and widely-spaced uprights.
2-cell baffle-entry plan. One storey and attic. Two gabled eaves dormers
with C20 leaded 2-light wooden casements. Central brick ridge stack.
Two-window front; C20 leaded 2-light wooden casements. Central boarded
door with C20 porch. Exposed collar and tie-beam trusses in gable ends
with queen struts and V-struts. Rendered one-storey lean-to addition
set back to left, Interior not inspected.
