Bradley Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof. L-plan. 3
storeys. Raised eaves band. Integral brick end stacks. 1:1:1
bays with central break; 16-pane glazing bar sashes with painted
stone cills and lintels. Central first-floor -window in gauged-brick
round-arched recess. Glazing bars removed from second-floor windows.
Central 6-panelled door (lower 2 flush, top 4 raised and fielded)
with flanking panelled pilaster strips, impost band and depressed
radial fanlight; doorcase consisting of unfluted three-quarter
Doric columns, frieze and triangular pediment. 2-storey rear wing
with dentil brick eaves cornice, brick ridge stack and integral
brick end stack. Interior not inspected but panelled internal window
shutters noted.
