9/23 Buntingsdale Hall Bridge
(that part-in Market Dray-
ton C.P.)


Bridge. Dated 1794. Dressed red and grey sandstone. Segmental arch
with voussoirs and raised keystones. Upstream keystone inscribed: "W.T./1794/
W.M.". Chamfered string course and plain parapet with chamfered top. The
bridge carries the minor road from Little Drayton to Buntingsdale Hall (see
also under Sutton upon Tern C.P.) across the River Tern. A. Blackwall,Historic
