House, now shop. Mid-to late C18. Red brick; ground floor to left
rendered and lined as ashlar. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic,
plinth, plastered plat band at first-floor cill level and moulded eaves
cornice. Pair of hipped eaves dormers with horizontal-sliding glazing
bar sashes and slate-hung sides. Stack behind ridge off-centre to
right. 4 bays; first-floor 4-pane sashes with painted stone lintels.
Late C19 and C20 shop-front to right consisting of 2 plate-glass windows
flanking central half-glazed 2-panelled door with overlight and with
continuous fascia and cornice above. Entrance to passageway at left
consisting of door with 6 beaded flush panels and rectangular overlight
lettered: "ESTD 1820 / PRINTING OFFICE". Interior not inspected.
