House and part of house, now house, dental surgery and shop. Late
C18 or early C19. Red brick, partly painted. Plain tile roof.
L-plan. 3 storeys. Painted rendered or stone plinth and plat band,
and dentil brick eaves cornice. Integral brick end stack to left
and brick ridge stack off-centre to right. 3-window front; glazing
bar sashes with exposed boxes and painted stone cills and lintels.
Door between first and second windows from left with 6 raised and.
fielded panels, moulded architrave and late C20 open triangular-pedimented
hood. 3 stone steps. Former depressed-arched carriageway to right,
now with C20 plate-glass window. 2-storey rear wing(different build-
see straight joint) with dentil brick eaves cornice,large brick ridge
stack and brick end stack. No. 36 appears to have been partly demolished
(see gable end) and the pair of houses truncated.
