Outbuilding approx. 5 metres to north-east of Pool Cottage

Outbuilding. Circa 1872, probably by William Eden Nesfield. Red
brick (English bond) and hipped plain tile roof with lead rolls. One
storey. Toothed-brick eaves cornice. Brick stack at apex of hip
to south-east consisting of single star-shaped shaft with square base
and oversailing top. South-west front: segmental-headed 2-light wooden
casement to right with painted stone cill. Pair of segmental-headed
boarded doors to left. Pool Cottage (q.v.) is dated 1872 and attributed
to Nesfield. Included for group value.
