House. Early C19 but probably incorporating parts of an earlier building;
later additions and alterations. Painted brick; concrete tile roof.
2 storeys with dentilled eaves cornice. Three-window front, 16-paned
glazing bar sashes with slightly cambered heads. Entrance through
C20 glazed door in C19 pedimented doorcase between second and third
windows from left. Prominent red brick ridge stack to left of centre
and smaller integral end stack to right. Mid-C19 two-storey full-
length lean-to addition to rear. Spear-shaped railings with urn-shaped
standards on low sandstone wall attached to front. Included for group
value.
