Farmhouse. Mid C18, with mid to late C19 additions. Red brick with painted sandstone dressings. Plain tile roof. Two storeys and gable-lit attic. Plinth, chamfered quoins, moulded stone eaves cornice, parapeted gable ends with stone copings and shaped kneelers at rear, and external brick end stacks. 2:1:2 bays; boxed glazing-bar sashes (15-pane) with painted stone cills and painted stone lintels with raised triple keystones. Central six-panelled door (glazed upper panels) with lugged moulded architrave. C20 hipped-roofed glazed porch/conservatory with half-glazed door to front. C19 two storey rear wing with dentil brick eaves cornice and integral brick end stack.

INTERIOR: C18 oak staircase rising to attic; three flights around square well, with landings, open string with cut brackets, turned balusters (two per tread), and ramped moulded handrail, wreathed (quarter turn) to columnar foot newel. Right-hand ground-floor room with moulded cornice. Panelled internal window shutters. Rear gable kneeler with inscribed date. 175?.
