Stable block and coach house. Early C19. Red brick with some sandstone ashlar dressings. Slate roof, hipped to left. Small stable to left and projecting coach house to right. Two storeys. Raised eaves band and triangular-pedimented gable to right with oculus in tympanum and small square cupola on ridge behind with pyramidal lead cap and weathervane. 2:2 bays, with projection to right. Wooden cross windows to left-hand part with stone cills and rusticated stone lintels with raised keystones. Central segmental-headed doorway (no door at time of survey - November 1986). Pair of first-floor blind round-arched panels to right-hand part, each with small window, possibly inserted. Ground floor altered in late C20 with pair of sliding half-glazed garage doors. Included for group value.
