House. Probably C17 with mid-C20 remodelling. Timber-framed with painted infill, cement-rendered to front and side in imitation of timber framing. Plain tile roof. Two framed bays. Two storeys and attic. Pair of gabled dormers with C20 two-light wooden casements. Large central integral brick stack to rear (top rebuilt c.1900). Three windows to first floor and two to ground floor; late C20 leaded wooden casements, cross windows to ground floor. C18 door off-centre to right with four raised and fielded panels and C20 lean-to porch.

INTERIOR: square-panelled framing visible, on high plinth (four panels from sole plate to wall plate). Chamfered beam in right-hand ground-floor room with ogee stops. C17 corner fireplace with wooden lintel. Early C18 dog-leg staircase rising to first floor, with winders, closed string, turned balusters, grip handrail and square foot newel post with moulded cap. Oak winder stair to attic.
