Cottage. Early C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber
framed with painted brick infill; straw thatch roof. Original plan in
2 wide framed bays, apparently extended slightly to right. One storey
and attic. Framing: irregular square and rectangular panels, 2 from
cill to wall-plate with short straight braces from wall posts to wall-
plate and slightly cambered tie beam to left gable end, which has collar
and tie beam truss. Mixture of C19 and C20 casements, 2 to left and 2
to right of C20 boarded door to right of centre; raking eaves dormer
immediately to left. Red brick ridge stack to left and integral end
stack to right. Interior. Not inspected but likely to be of interest.
