Cottage. Late C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed with painted brick infill and plinth; slate roof. Two-cell plan. One storey and gable-lit attic.

Framing: square and rectangular panels, two from cill to wall-plate.with queen-strut end trusses and projecting single-purlin ends. Roughly central C20 boarded door with small C19 casements to left and right. Internal end stack to right. Early C19 single-storey light timber framed addition to left has wide double doors to left with latticed casement to right. Late C19 brick lean-to to right.
