Cottage. Mid C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber-framed with rendered and painted brick infill on painted brick plinth; concrete tile roof. One storey and attic; apparently of three framed bays.

Framing: square and rectangular panels, two and three from cill to wall plate. Queen-strut end trusses with V-struts from collars. Five C19 casements in panels of framing, two to left with cast-iron latticed lights and three to right (including one to either side of C20 gabled porch to right) with leaded lights. C20 gabled eaves dormer to fight of centre with red brick stack directly behind ridge to left. C19 painted brick lean-tos to right gable end and rear.
