Farmhouse. Circa 1800 with minor later additions and alterations. Red
brick; slate roof with integral end stack to left and external end stack
to right. Basic T-plan. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic with dentilled
eaves cornice. 3 segmental-headed casements. Central entrance; plain
pedimented doorcase with rectangular overlight and C20 ledged door.
Gabled range to rear has stepped external end stack with infilled arch
for former bread oven to bottom. 2-storey lean-to in angle to left and
single-storey lean-to to right. Interior. Full inspection not possible
at time of resurvey (February 1987) but rear range noted as having chamfered
spine beam and joists to ground-floor room.
