12/187 Churchyard wall and gate,
- Petton Church
Churchyard wall. Probably c.1727 with wrought-iron gate of 1910, designed
by Emma Florence Cunliffe of Petton Hall (q.v. under Petton Church).
Red brick with sandstone coping, ramped to north-west and south-west
corners. Low wall enclosing churchyard on north and west and partially
returning to south side. Wrought-iron gate roughly to centre on west
has elaborately worked floral motifs and date 1910. Stone stile immed-
iately to north also installed at request of Mrs. Cunliffe. Included
for group value.
