Lych-gate at entrance to churchyard of Church of St. Michael

Lych-gate. Probably 1863 by George Gilbert Scott. Timber structure
with gableted machine tile roof on snecked yellow sandstone side walls
with chamfered coping. Curved braces supporting roof and double gates
to centre. Included for group value.
