Villa, now used for commercial purposes. Circa 1840. Rendered (with joint lines
scribed on) above stone plinth, colourwashed; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide
soffite. 2-storeys of 3-bays. Central modern doorway up two steps, in plain
opening: to either side and to first floor 12- pane sash windows in plain
openings. On right a projecting gable of early C20, with 6-pane sashes, 2 to the
ground floor and one to the first floor; on left a C20 rendered projection with
hipped slate roof, with modern shop front at ground floor - this portion not of
interest. Interior not seen. This property included for group value.
